Busho FGC(“we”, “us”) is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through this website. You can reach us about any privacy matter at bushofgc@gmail.com.

This policy explains how we process personal data when you (a) subscribe to our newsletter, (b) contact us through the site’s contact form, or (c) simply browse the site. We process personal data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (the Infotv.).

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Newsletter sign-up: your email address, together with a record of your consent — the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, the source, and the IP address and browser used at opt-in. We keep the consent record so we can demonstrate a valid opt-in (GDPR Art. 7).
• Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message, so we can read and reply to your enquiry.
• Technical data:we store a small flag in your browser’s local storage so the newsletter pop-up isn’t shown to you repeatedly. This is not used for tracking or profiling.

• Newsletter: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Your consent is freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous, and you can withdraw it at any time.
• Contact form: our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to your enquiry, or the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a relationship.

• Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which it is deleted or anonymised without undue delay (the consent record may be retained briefly as proof that consent existed).
• Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28), such as our website hosting, database and email-delivery providers. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Chapter V).

Under the GDPR and the Infotv., you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
• have your data erased — the “right to be forgotten” (Art. 17);
• restrict processing (Art. 18);
• data portability (Art. 20);
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21);
• withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)) — this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send you, or by emailing us. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending you newsletters and remove your address from the active mailing list.

If you believe we have processed your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Hungary this is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH) — Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information:

You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls limiting who can view subscriber data, and storing only the data we actually need (data minimisation).

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated where required by law.
